HESMAN Group, LLC. is a Native American owned foodservice facility design firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The HESMAN Group represents 56 years of cumulative experience in the foodservice industry. We essentially function as a catalyst between the design team and the Owner to ensure an innovative, functional and economically feasible food service facility.

Our professional objectivity and extensive experience in working with the design professional allows the firm to better serve each client by effectively translating the unique foodservice requirements into architectural terms. Forty years of foodservice equipment experience.
In 1975, Randy entered the foodservice industry through the Contracting Division of a local equipment dealer. In 1995, he became co-owner of a stainless steel custom fabrication company specializing in the construction of foodservice equipment. Randy joined Blasdel Associates located in Tulsa, Oklahoma as the Specification Writer in 2002. His duties expanded into quality control, submittal review, project coordination and jobsite inspections.
Eighteen years of foodservice equipment design experience.
In 1996, Scott joined the foodservice facilities consulting firm of Blasdel Associates located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He started as an Associate Draftsman worked closely with principal of the firm to become Project Manager and later Associate Designer. His responsibilities included project programing, design, production and administration.
